Love this building! The staff is so kind and the neighborhood is so dog friendly it’s great! The amenities were worth the wait and it’s a great place to call home!
I have lived here for over a year and am about to sign a new lease. All units are remodeled and have new appliances. Walls are painted white, to match the countertops. West Temple is clean, organized and has some unique amenities. Lobby and common areas are cleaned everyday by wonderful staff. Maintenance requests are smooth as you can fill out an online request via your resident portal or ask the front desk. Nice and quiet place. Prices are a bit high.
I've lived in this community for about 4 years now and I've seen the constant improvement since moving in. I was here during the remodel and it's definitely been worth the upgrade. Post construction, the property always looks clean. The staff is very pleasant and always willing to listen to a problem. Brittney is kind and focused on making sure residents are happy and feel appreciated. Ruben gets problems solved in record time, no matter what community he's serving.
