I guess I don’t understand how you can send a letter to a person saying you can no longer care for them due to no call no shows and cancellations when that person has transferred primary care over two years prior and not scheduled an appointment in that entire time period. Would love to know what cancellations and no shows they were referring to but not even worth my time these people are rude and I won’t get anyone by calling anyways.
