Omg!!!! Rude, unhelpful receptionist. Same lady who answers the phone so won't share name but very cold...sure makes me want to make an appointment! Not! Refused to take message for me, guess too much work for her.
Office staff is incompetent when it comes to billing and insurance issues. Sometimes they'd ask for $10, other times $20. My co-pay is $30. After two months, they sent me a whopper of a bill. I cleared it up after I complained about the office's procedures. As for the P.A., she prescribed six different meds for depression. I wound up with vertigo and intense dizziness that made it difficult for me to drive or even function. A day ago they sent another bill for an office visit back in early July. Today is Dec. 20.
Love them! Have been coming here my entire life!
