Avoid at all cost, mom was brought in by ambulance. Triaged and then was brought into this room. take a look at how filthy this room is, previous patient’s fluids are still hanging on the wall.
Been here before even had a son here and hadnt had an issue but today been here since 9am and at 5:30/5:40pm they said they was going to admit me and it's 5mins to 12am and I'm still waiting on a "room" in the E.R. The morning nurses atleast came in to check every now and then but the one I have right now only came to introduce himself around 5 and if i hadnt called him he wouldn't have came until God knows whenever. I'm currently plugged into a machine and need help to walk so it took me for ever to get his attention to see... read more
Would have given -5 if it was available. This hospital is pathetic, a total waste of time and then receptionist have a attitude. If you in a bad mood, please don't bring it to work to share. I like smiles, laughter and positive energy. You will not steal my JOY! Do not go here...
I Had the worst experience at west suburban medical center emergency room me and my granddaughter got to the emergency room last night at 11 pm and did not leave until 6: 30 in the morning and we still never got seeing why my baby was in pain but they all was to busy gossip with each other 08/2/2025 shut it down
