EVERYTIME I come to this hospital, I have to wait for hours even when there is literally nobody in the waiting room. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN because their sense of urgency is HORRIBLE and they don’t do nothing but run their mouths in the back room. If you are having a huge medical issue NEVER COME TO WEST SUBURBAN
Worst hospital so don't come here for anything. They are always talking, never doing their work and will even talk bad about you. I've waited the whole day, I'm not exaggerating, THE WHOLE DAY and the only thing I've seen was the people who work here just gossiping and talking smack about the patients.
Receptionist was so kind and friendly (she gets five stars) but was waiting for hours with severe abdominal pain in the waiting room for the blood/urine test results before they’d do anything else. Results never came and I finally decided to just leave and seek care elsewhere.
Let me start off by saying I visited on New Year’s Eve, I didn’t expect it to be so packed, that was my mistake. Also I couldn’t believe it was only 1 dr available.. the dr the ultrasound nurse and the tech, beautiful souls, amazing, my people.. they were nice, I guess my 2 stars is for the fact that I’ve been waiting for 5 and a half hours to be seen, I believe I suffered a miscarriage, I didn’t expect to butt the line but I needed to be seen and between a urine test, drawing blood, and a ultrasound , I had still had to wai... read more
I am so happy I’d decided to go to this emergency room. They really took care of me. Everyone was super nice. Receptionist nurses doctor. Thank you so much for helping me!
