This past April 17th and18th, our area was hit with massive amounts of rainfall in a relatively short amount of time. Our house had flooded before, but nothing could have prepared us for what we woke up to that dreary thursday morning. Our furnace And A/C were under nearly 6 feet of water. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS HEATING AND A/C COMPANY. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. WITHOUT GOING INTO DETAIL, THEY CHARGED ME $305.00 TO PUT 2 POUNDS OF REFRIDGERANT IN MY CENTRAL AIR UNIT. THE UNIT IS OLD AND MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF WILL BE REPLACING IT BUT NOT WITH THIS COMPANY. THE BEST PART IS THAT THEY CHARGED ME $5.00 FOR GAS TO COME TO MY RESIDENCE.WE HAVE HAD AN UNSEASONABLY COOL SUMMER SO FAR IN CHICAGO SO THIS COMPANY IS VERY SLOW, BUT THAT'S NO REASON TO CHARGE THE CONSUMER MORE.
