If I could give zero stars I would. We have been coming here for over 46 years back when they had a small office on Chicago and Ridgeland back in the 1970s. However the past few years have been nothing but horrendous . . . today my husband waited over 2 hours to see the doctor and had to leave without seeing him because of transportation issues . . . they tried to charge him for a visit when all he did was wait and NEVER saw the doctor. Called twice last week and spoke with receptionist requesting a medication refill. Was told to give it up to 72 hours. First call on Tuesday and second call on Thursday. I was told “to just wait and it would be taken care of “. The weekend came and went and no refill. Called twice on Monday was told (during my first call) that the nurse had the message. Been a patient here for years. The Doctors are really wonderful, but the receptionists are unbelievably rude.
