Dr. Aleman, First of all, I thought I found you as my new dentist. I liked your work, and your hygienists. I acknowledged an insurance denial on work you did last winter and found it my responsibility, not yours. As such, I immediately paid the denied amount to your office. Insurance ended up reversing the initial denial and paying your office for the services I covered. I waited a number of weeks for reimbursement from your office. Nothing came.
