I recently visited West Street Dental with my mother for a serious dental issue, hoping to speak with someone in person. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The dentist said he was busy, told us to “try calling instead,” and then “shut the door,” rather than simply asking us to wait a few minutes. I just called to inquire about availability and benefit coverage. I was informed that they will only submit coverage for one plan and you were responsible for payment up front. While I was explaining that I would like to work with a provider that completed all the benefit submissions, the female receptionist just hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. It's a no brainer why this place only had a 2.8 rating at the time of this review.

My experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The dentist was attentive and the experience painless. There was no wait time. Everything was sparkling clean. Glad I found this dentist office!

Unprofessional. The experience began with a call received regarding an appointment that I had never rescheduled. During this call I advised West Street Dental I had not rescheduled as I had moved out of the area and would not be able to attend their location during their set hours. Coincidentally after disclosing I would not be returning due to distance, they advised me I had a balance of roughly $300.00 owing.
