I have a hard time going to any dentist. My experience here was great. I have mental health issues which kept an eye on during my visit to make sure nothings was triggered. It was so calm, relaxed I couldn't believe it.

I recently visited West Street Dental with my mother for a serious dental issue, hoping to speak with someone in person. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The dentist said he was busy, told us to “try calling instead,” and then “shut the door,” rather than simply asking us to wait a few minutes. One of the ongoing issues is that his door is always locked, which adds to the unwelcoming feeling. I just called to inquire about availability and benefit coverage. I was informed that they will only submit coverage for one plan and you were responsible for payment up front. While I was explaining that I would like to work with a provider that completed all the benefit submissions, the female receptionist just hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. It's a no brainer why this place only had a 2.8 rating at the time of this review.
