RecommendedWe needed a spot to park a vehicle. Spoke with Samantha in the office and she made it happen. Samantha was great to work with and very knowledgeable.
We stored a travel trailer here and did all our transactions over the phone!!! They were the most helpful people and made us feel so at ease that our trailer was parked and safe until we could get to it. Samantha went above and beyond trying to help us thru our big move to Charlotte!!!! Can't say enough great things about the people and the place. Thank you.

Would like to take the opportunity to thank Samantha at West Stanly Mini Storage in Stanfield for her exceptional customer service, her positive attitude and for being a kind, caring person.
We have had our pontoon in storage for 2 years here and have never had a problem until this past month. We have an automatic draft out of our account so nothing should ever change but they CHARGED US DOUBLE this past month. My husband has called and left a message with no response from them. We are canceling and want an explanation and a refund for the $25 charged extra. We will also be stopping payment through our bank for any further drafts. Owners, contact Michael O’Daniel on his cell number ASAP!!!!
I was charged late fees and for some insurance without warning. They don’t send out statements or any communication stating this is happening. Only find out when you are locked out of the gate and their lock is on your unit.
