Love the West St. Tammany YMCA. Staff is friendly and helpful. Alex helped me yesterday with learning the circuit machines and helped start a plan for me. Explained and answered all of my questions.
This place is truly one of a kind. I have never felt more comfortable at a gym before and have made so many friends! Fitness is truly a lifelong journey and there is no place I'd rather experience this than at the Y!
I am really proud to be a part of the Y. I love to work and get fit whenever I have the time too on my days off. My most favorite thing to do there is Zumba. It's a fun class to both work out and have fun at the same time. I have a ton of friends in Zumba and in other work out classes. I have both a Zumba family and a Y family.
