We are very pleased with the hospitality and world class customer service we received from Kathy. Her pleasant attitude and thoroughness made the whole “move in” experience smooth and easy! We felt valued and cared for.
Their maintenance man Matthew is very helpful! He’s quick to respond and takes his work seriously.
Matthew and Dominic in maintenance were wonderful with the list of repairs we had!! Dominic was very thorough with every issue from the move-in list. Both were very quick and friendly as well
Taylor H. is absolutely amazing. Extremely kind and helpful whenever I need any type of assistance. If she can't help directly, she knows the person to go to. She always has fun and creative events to get the community involved and is open to ideas that could help grow the community.
Seamless process and housing rep was very helpful and extremely thorough with her inspection.
