Exceptional service and communication. During a routine call, they took the time to address numerous small issues that could have easily been overlooked, showing true professionalism and attention to detail.

Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. The crew was professional and very detail oriented. They moved furniture when needed for the job and everything was clean and where it belonged when they finished. Will be using them again for mini split cleanings in the future.

West Sound has now put in new systems for our hydronic in floor heat system and now a new air conditioning split system. Not only have the installations been top grade but the preventive maintenance has been excellent as well. Great company with great staff. Fully recommend.
