Chris forgot to tell me that what I paid after his first visit (which I thought was a lot) also included new part, and job completion, so I was very satisfied.
The technician arrived on time, was very welcoming and was willing to answer questions throughout the maintenance check up call. Tompall then explained my system to me and how my furnace and heat pump worked. I appreciate the education he gave me. Theire pricing was fair and becuase Tompall was not high pressure, I signed up for a plan where they come out twice a year for regular maintenance.
