I have been coming to West Somerville Dental for years and recently decided to part ways with them. Previously they had been very understanding about insurance payments and reimbursement after appointments but due to changes in policy I was told I would have to pay for the visit out of pocket. This place is here to scam you out of as much money as possible with unnecessary procedures. I visited this location for the first time after moving to Somerville, I had the same dentist prior to this for 30 years then moved. The hygienist I saw first gave me her honest opinion and said I had beautiful healthy teeth but needed full X-rays in order for the dentist to be sure. **DO NOT COME HERE** This place is here to scam you out of as much money as possible with unnecessary procedures. I visited this location for the first time after I popped my filling out at home. The hygienist I saw first gave me her honest opinion and said i'd just need another filling (thanks for your integrity Marisa, but i'll never be a patient here again).
