I have had a unit at West Simi Lock-up for several years and am so happy to have them! I really appreciate the security of their gated facility when I have read of thefts at some others. It is a clean, well-maintained facility, my interior unit remains amazingly cool during high temperatures, and they are always friendly and helpful.
This is my second time at West Simi and both times have been great. They explained everything. If i was late with a payment they called me to remind me. I used auto pay after that and it was smooth moving out too. It was clean and I didn't have to come and check on my stuff.
