Only good things about this are the location, which is next to Central Park, Times Square and most things you want to do in Manhattan. The other major factor is its one of the cheapest hotels in Manhattan. This is where the good ends and in a big way. Most rooms are with a shared bathroom in the hallway but you can find a key locking "private" bathroom as well. The main and unavoidable issue that cancels all the good is the NOISE.
