Brought my truck into Joe. I wanted to give him a try because I like supporting local guys, and I had a previous relationship with him as a student in an organization I had worked for years ago. West Side Wrench is amazing! I needed a new engine in my truck and they had the best price in Helena. They were very clear on cost, time and part recommendations. Communication was fantastic, friendly and I always knew what was going on. Highly recommend them and I will always be using them for any repairs in the future. So far everything is running well and I have no issues.
I would stick to the basics with them. They messed up replacing the timing chain on my Honda and refused to take responsibility for it, after calling and taking it back to them numerous times. I finally took it into the Honda dealership and they corrected it, doubling the cost of the repair. That being said, they have done a decent job with repairs on my other vehicles.
