Had a horrible experience. The owner (I think Kevin) was there at least 30 minutes before us(group of 4) and spoke with us on the phone letting us know where he was. He knew we were coming from a little further away, yet still had us continue to drive all the way there and hassle about parking only to tell us once we arrived that the conditions were rough and he'd known that since the morning. Great experience. Offered the most time options for jet ski rentals. Great customer service made the experience so great.
It was our first jet ski experience, and Kevin was super helpful from start to finish. We called to ask about appointments and made a reservation through their website. When we arrived at the meeting point, they were already waiting for us. Kevin gave us a quick safety briefing and explained how to ride the jet ski, then we got started. It was amazing! 10/10
Had a great experience with them! The young man that was in charge of sending us off and receiving us with the jetskis was very kind. No extra/unmentioned fees. Prices were great. Jetskis had Bluetooth. Gas & vests were provided. They ran a bit late the day we booked due to a setback they had earlier in the day with the jetskis which was no problem. I think we would've appreciated it if they told us they were having setbacks when we called 2 times before our reservation cause we could've find something to do other than sit i... read more
Best rental company with the best jetskis I’ve ever experienced. Booked them for the Marina Del Rey location & stayed out until sunset. The jetskis had built-in speakers so we were able to listen to our music the entire ride. Jetskis ran perfectly & we had the best views out on the water. Amazing experience. 11/10 would recommend & rent again.
