Super easy to get small unit and at a decent price! Friendly staff and always helping.
Staff is helpful and courteous only downside is no bathroom for customers so if you are working on your unit all day you have to find somewhere you can go! EDIT 3 months later get notified to update insurance, call and NONE of the paperwork done during my visit was filed so though they for sure got the auto payments going they can’t find anything else! I’m 600 miles away and MIL (who was primary) is 80! Made the trip down 3 months ago to specifically handle this now they are saying we both need to come in person again. Defi... read more
Amelie and Vanessa are both great , knowledgeable and professional. I recently inquired about a unit at a sister property and they did not have the size I wanted. Vanessa referred me across the street to their sister property after doing a thorough search for me. I proceeded to the sister property and Amelie continued to assist me and gave me a tour of units to choose from. The facility is clean and safe.
