I've been going to West Side Spa for over 12 years. I love the Aveda products and the friendly staff. I've gotten almost every service at the spa and hair side. I recommend all of them. The staff's are all very qualified based on my experiences. Enjoy :)
I made an appointment with Dilpreet and 10/10 experience. Because of allergies I requested gluten-free products and they were very accommodating and made calls to the product companies if they were unsure before my appointment. The little head massage when washing my hair was great, and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted. When I was unsure of something, she would give me options and checked in with me throughout the process. I am very happy with the layered cut I got and will definitely be back :)
I've been going to West Side Spa since they opened. The ladies are talented, professional and always welcoming.The vibe is relaxing and it's always clean. I had an amazing facial with Julia and Pedicure & Lash lift/tint with Carissa. As always I left so happy with my experience and result!
