I am very much someone who is hesitant of seeing new hair stylists due to some bad past experiences. Prior to moving to Ottawa I would drive over an hour to get my hair cut by a stylist I trusted…so I was admittedly anxious at first when I booked in at West Side. Another great experience getting my eyebrows waxed with Derrick today. I appreciate the attention to detail and how they make sure to tailor things to your preferences. My eyebrows always look awesome every time. I highly recommend!! The reception staff is welcoming and accommodating. So a great experience every time.
