I had an amazing haircut by Priya! I would highly recommend her to others. She listened to what I wanted and provided some excellent suggestions and options. I said "whatever you think it best" and the result was fabulous. I have been going to West Side Spa for 15 years - it is great: relaxing, convenient location, excellent staff and products.

I booked a full-head hair colour online. I was running 15 mins late to my rescheduled 2 PM slot, so I called ahead and was told it was fine as long as I arrived by 2:15. I reached at 2:14, only to find the stylist busy. Beni said she’d only be doing a root touch-up, not the full colour, claiming that it wasn’t possible, giving a bizzare reason. I had the most amazing pedicure yesterday! Derrek was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and warm, making the whole experience even better. Honestly, this was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had in my life. The attention to detail and care he provided was truly outstanding. I can't recommend this place enough—I'll definitely be back for more pampering!

I have had them overcharge me on three occasions. My brother bought me a gift card for my birthday as a surprise. They did not apply it to my next service and did not tell me about it. Eventually he asked me how it went and that is how I learned about it. Apparently gift cards are a gift to them.
