Beni is a nightmare. Avoid her at all costs if you don’t want your hair ruined. She doesn’t bother to listen to you at all, such a lost case with zero knowledge or skills. And she calls herself the owner can you imagine lol
I've been going to West Side Spa for over 12 years. I love the Aveda products and the friendly staff. I've gotten almost every service at the spa and hair side. I recommend all of them. The staff's are all very qualified based on my experiences. Enjoy :)
