Very unprofessional Don’t know how to treat dogs
Took my dog to the West Side Pet Clinic on 1245 Niagara Street and they are very UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABUSIVE!!!! It was the worst experience of my life and the staff didn’t even care!!! My dog Romeo was a bit nervous so they asked to put a mussel on his mouth and I agreed when the doctor started checking his private area the doctor grabbed my dog and slammed him on the table! When I asked him to let go of my dog he said “he needed to show who the boss was” 😡😡 I immeditely grabbed my dog and left the clinic!! The staff was u... read more
I have had all my pets there I am always treated with friendly attention to my pets and their needs also prices are reasonable I would recommend them to all my family and friends plus if you see this use my name as I will get a 5 dollar credit on my account another perk I can use all I can get

I would recommend this clinic to everyone. We had to make a very difficult decision to have our beloved Cane Corso put down today and the staff at the clinic was absolutely amazing, kind and compassionate! Their first priority was us, not how much money they could make off of us. Vets who are Vets because they love animals, a refreshing change. Thank you from the bottom of my healing heart.

when no other clinics would see the kitten I found under my deck, they did and right away. They were very patient and kind and seemed to really care about what they were doing and very kind and gentle with the animals there too. I would recommend and have recommended them to anyone with a fur baby.
