I want to express my gratitude to the West Side Pet Clinic. We brought a badly matted stray cat we named Chester to the clinic. Dr Sickels examined him and found him to be a diabetic neutered male. She explained the options concerning care of a diabetic cat. While it was a bit overwhelming she agreed to at least clean him up. When we returned to pick Chester up they had shaved him and trimmed his claws. They were kind enough to not charge for the grooming/trim. Chester is now a part of our family. A++, would rate six stars if I could. I haven't even looked into practices closer to me because I have complete faith in every single West Side doc. Even when the wait is long, it's completely worth it. I've saved more money than I'd like to think about, and they've never sent me home with a bad treatment plan. everyone was EXTREMELY friendly & willing to help! they aren't trying to take every dollar out of your pocket, they do what's best for the animal & financially for yourself � i was in a tough situation where my own vet wouldn't take me until the next day, my cat was very sick! this clinic is welcomed me & got me help right away.
I Was in a bind to get vaccinations for my two dogs up to date for a camping trip and Was frustrated with my local vet who wanted over two hundred dollars!!! I tried West Side Pet Clinic and the service was excellent, professional, caring and more than half the cost of the "local" vet. I plan on always going back to WSPC!
This Practice is very dedicated to the welfare of animals and the Owners.Reasonable fees and a great staff. Nothing but praise for the work they do.
