A well-located storage facility, securely fenced, with electronic lock. Many unit sizes available, plus enclosed outdoor storage for vehicles. Some units open into an indoor hallway; a big advantage in bad weather. Some units are entirely surrounded by other units, giving an insulating effect without the expense of a climate-controlled facility. Manager Judy is pleasant and helpful unless you act like a jerk, in which case she might be "rude and overbearing", as would I.
Office manager Judy talks trash about customers , calls them nasty names, shares their personal info and is RUDE . Worst person I have ever seen to represent any company , let alone be an office manager!
Avoid West Side Mimi storage at all costs. Not because of the facility but because of the manager Judy. She is an overbearing RUDE person. I would have went anywhere else if I could have at the time and plan to move my things out ASAP into another storage place. I called and asked about pricing and availability and she said yes she had the unit I wanted so I went over and looked and opted to get it , she then said she had to call other people and see if they wanted it first .
