I saw Rylee Fisher PA-C. Her attitude was very unwelcoming. She didn't believe anything I said to her, called me a liar because the er notes were wrong (they had stated I was given a splint for my sprained ankle and I wasn't given anything, not even an ace wrap). She was very cold, arrogant and had a bad attitude. I don't recommend seeing her at all. She walked into the room with a bad attitude.
Made my appointment the day before for 430 p.m. and rushed here after work to get blood drawn just to be told they cannot take me because I don't have my medical card. She said she could scan it from another office but never did. Then I was told that since I didn't have my card that what usually happens is if they don't have the correct card information that the bill would be entirely billed to me. First thought was I wonder why she won't scan it for me? And my second thought was I wonder why she cares if it was entirely bil... read more

This place was completely useless. They refused service because we didn't have our medical card yet. McLaren is a joke I've not been impressed with the whole system. And you can't even email them because it doesn't work.
