I called this morning at 9 am when the site said they opened. Lady answered and was RUDE RUDE RUDE. She put me on hold or damn near 20 minutes and when I asked for general information she was like what?? And was so rude and discriminating when I told her I had state insurance and then I shut her up when i said I had medicaid and medicare she fought with me and said thats or older people and I said I was disabled...... I dont care if that was the last place on earth I will never never never go there trust me never.!!!!!!!!!!!... read more

Highly Recommended – Dr. Hernandez is such an intelligent and friendly man. My family has been coming to him for years and have never been let down. He takes his job very seriously. I have met the other doctor-also very friendly We have waited maybe an hour before, but people get sick...the docs can't do anything about it. I definitely recomend this Medical Center to any family in need of primary care.

so upset me – The nurses,doctor are very nice!! i love them....but the operater are suck!! always give you an bad attitute when you ask them some question and the operater who is spanish she never give a ...uck !!

Horrible Service – My son who is 18 signed up as a "primary care" patient. He fell very ill and we called on a Friday. They are suppose to open at 9:00 and their answering service picked up until 10:00 as no one was there. They were very rude and made no effort to work with us. When I finally got through, I found out that you only get primary care for the Dr. you sign up for and the doctors are not there full time. They told me my son would have to wait like everyone else, sick as a dog, to be seen by the next avail. doctor ... read more

Don't go there. – I hated it. I got there at 9am, as soon as they opened, I waited 45 min to be called and after that another 50 min in the little room waiting for the doctor. The doctor came (Hernandez) and in a rush didn't say much. I totally hated the clinic. It's an absurd that they leave you alone for 50min in a very cold little room waiting for the doctor staring at the walls!!!! So I waited 50min for the doctor to come and talk to me for 5min tops!! Waste of money and time!

Fast, Fantastic walk-in medical center – These guys are great. They always go the extra mile, and will work with you and your insurance company to get the best possible outcome. Both Dr. V and Dr. Hernandez are incredibly knowledgeable and they both make you feel at ease. They both are very thorough, make sure that all of your problems or concerns are addressed, and then take extra time to make sure that you have understood everything they've said and done in response. Norwich is lucky to have such a great walk-in center.
