that's a whole lot of new residents and new traffic for an infrastructure that couldn't sustain the aftermath of hurricane sandy not 3 years ago. Think the city planned on revamping it's energy distribution? Think again, my street still has broken telephone poles and damaged transformers atop of them. Terrible traffic area for a residential building and few to no improvements made to an already troubled infrastructure. But hey, no one on the planning board lives in this town so what do they care? Perfect combination of the new and the old. Really convenient to the train and the food in the area is great. Cant wait for the weather gets better so I can go chill in the outdoor clubhouse on the roof.
