Never going back and I wouldn't recommend going here if you'd like to be with your kid while they have a procedure done. We drove an hour one way to get there and I took time off work to be there with my 10 year old while he had a couple teeth removed. Dr. Riina Elsey walked into the room and stated "I only allow 1 parent in the room". We love West Side Kids Dentistry! We were hoping to find a dentist for our son in West Chester and are so happy we found this one! She doesn’t push anything but makes sure you are aware and knowledgeable.
We LOVE West Side Kids Dentistry! Both the employees and the office itself are very kid-friendly. They are easy to work with and genuinely seem to care about their little patients. I couldn't be happier.

I've called this dentist a couple of times and the receptionist is always rude. When I try to add my son's insurance, she says she doesn't accept it, even though it's on the list of insurance they do accept. She just rudely hangs up on me. They should hire receptionists who are actually willing to do the job.
