I’ve sent 3 messages seeing if they had new machines in and they read all three but never answered them
stood there 20 min with the cash in my pocket to buy new bike, no one helped me. then went in to ask about service to the bike i purchased somewhere else. person told me ask someone else and then i stood for 20 min with no help. i will not be returning. terrible customer service. another customer even told me the salesman asked him if he was buying a bike with his stimulus money!! wtf

very friendly and helpful staff. we were browsing for gear for R6 six-year-old son, one of the staff members helped our little boy try on multiple helmets and even taught him a few tricks...Jaxson had the best time at the shop today, thank you guys and keep up the good work!!! we will definitely be back
