Absolutely horrible customer service they harass their customers. The also refuse to open new tools to use on patients infront of the parents my daughter got an infection in her mouth after they performed work. Department of health is investigating
Very pleasant people I have dealt with a lot since moving into this community finding a dentist that is pleasant in Wilkes-Barre PA a hassle thank you Dr.Grossman you made my search worth it.
I had a emergency and couldn’t make it to my appointment the lady was extremely rude and told me they will never see me again , I have Giesinger they are extremely hard to get seen with and I can’t believe they did this they need to fire that lady or just close down
