I was passing through on my way from Pennsylvania to a job in upper Michigan and needed to purchase some Farrow and Ball paint last minute. Mike was incredibly accommodating and met me at the store on a Sunday to give me the paint even thought they were closed. Excellent customer service!
Called at 4 got great advise by phone, needed to find the color match for their suede paint option. Placed an order online after 5:30, immediately got a text. I asked to have shipped faster. Paid a small amount to receive quickly. Fantastic customer experience. I’ll be purchasing more speciality paint from them in the future!
I hate doing projects because when it comes to it I don’t know fully what I am doing. But man what a relief when I walked in. They helped me so much. They made me confident and ready to tackle my projects. They made sure I had what I needed. 100% hands down never going elsewhere for paint!
