John is a top notch guy and so is his business. I had him rebuild my 89 GSX-R and it was like the bike was reborn. He also work on my FJR. I would never go anywhere else. He does what he says and says what he does. Stand up guy who operates with a hand shake. I can only hope he never retires.
This is the best shop in the Rochester area, period. Don't let some asshole dealer tell you he can't work on your bike because it's too old. Take it to Johnny at West Side.
John treated my 13 KLR same as he does custom sport bikes, vintage, cruisers etc. when I left West Side I new no stone was unturned in service n safety. No non sense get er done work ethic; reasonable rates and timely, friendly, knowledgable service. 2 thumbs up👍🏾👍
