I am a monthly member and used to really like this wash, but the automatics aren't working much too often. Driving across this town is frustrating enough, and arriving only to find out I can't use the membership is too much hassle.
At the end of January, West Side Car Wash experienced some issues due to the high volume of cars using the automatic wash. I contacted them to report the problem, and they were apologetic and offered me a QR code as compensation. The car wash is now functioning excellently; thank you, West Side Car Wash..
Fast and convenient! Great water pressure was able to get the car clean
Changed to a touchless car wash that doesn't clean your car. Spent 20 mins in a line to need to go was my car still. Don't waste your time or money!
