I spoke with Nicole at first. She was very polite and helpful. I booked my appointment through her to get my airbags replaced. I had the delight of meeting G.P. at the service desk. He was so helpful in explaining the recommendations my vehicle needed. He was thoughtful, kind, and caring to my circumstances. The team did excellent work. They communicated every step of the way. Thank you. It was because of meeting G.P. that I brought my car in. I trust him. He's a good employee.
I just bought my fourth MDX from west Side Acura. Marty Quon is the best sales representative I’ve ever dealt with. He goes above and beyond plus always gives the best prices…no need to haggle!
Could not have asked for a better dealership to go to. We bought out MDX in the fall and the sales department was excellent. No pressure, let us take our time and we’re there for every question we had. Just took it in for its first service and again nothing but gold star treatment. Took my newly purchased vehicle for an OPI. GP was my service advisor and he was super knowledgeable and kind! There was a miscommunication between the service advisors and the techs working on my vehicle and GP worked diligently to resolve any issues! He also offered me a discount and a free vehicle wash which was greatly appreciated! Thank you GP and thank you West Side Acura!
