The service department did not do what they promised to do. They did not proactively communicated this to me, and they were unable to make it right after I pointed it out.
If you’re looking for a car in great condition and have a ton of questions — this is the dealership you need to visit. We set up an appointment to check out a car we liked, and when we arrived, we were greeted by Trish. She showed us the car, explained everything in detail, and patiently answered all our questions (and there were a lot!). Had a really great experience purchasing my 2022 RDX here! Marty Q made the whole process seamless. He was professional and honest without being pushy, which I appreciated. Super accommodating, definitely felt like he went above and beyond and also took the time to explain all the features within the vehicle the day of pick up. Joey in finance was great as well- straight to the point and made the finance part very easy to get through. Would recommend to any of my friends and family!
