Took my aunt to her appointment last week. Thought about it all week and made the call to swap primary. Big decision on my part after 10+ years with one in Malvern that I continued to go to even after I moved away. But the home town feel a they were so thorough throughout her appointment. They even remembered the small things that weren't in her chart like her daughters name her pets name and that she liked to b picked on to make her less nervous. Well my new patient appointment is today

I called needing an appointment for suspected shingles on my hands, neck and face. The phone rang eight times. Someone lifted the receiver and immediately disconnected the call. I called back. The phone rang 4 times and was picked up and disconnected again. I called a third time and was immediately asked could I be placed on hold. I asked for the office manager.
