Nice and clean place
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and my dad enjoys the food and the social aspect of living here! There are times when I believe the carpets could be cleaner in the hallways and there have been a few times when the smell of urine in the hallways is very noticeable. Also, keep your doors locked and inventory your stuff. We had items stolen and no one seems to know where they went and staff is not keeping me updated on their investigation.
I envy those who are living at the West Shores Senior Community. I have visited friends there for 20 years. They have never complained. My impression is this is a dream lifestyle where the staff is caring, friendly, helpful and professional. — Reverend Howard Lee Kilby
