I cannot say enough about the assisted living at Westshore Lodge/Village. From the moment we toured the place with Jojan, to the move in, reception and the rest of the staff, the other residents (everyone says hi when you pass in the halls, it is like a resort), the food was amazing - they have a cute little pub onsite - just everything. My mom just wanted to move back to Victoria, to be closer to her children, grandchildren and great grandkids. It took a while to sell her condo up island. My mother has been in the Westshore lodge, Now Trillium, there was a brocken toilet in the suite above her unit which caused minor damage in her unit, so they told my 104 year old mother, to go across the street and check herself into the hotel. Well I told them that was not going to happen, then they said they could put her into the building next door for a couple of days.
