Have been renting from them for over 15 (yes fifteen) years, repairs can be slow, but if you stay on Patricia, she works with you to get things done.....so far. Will work with partial rent payments, but if you are late (in office by 5th day of month), you will receive a 5 day vacate notice.....I have only received 4 since I have been here, I was usually in error, paid late fee and still here.
