The whole process was outstanding. They explained what to expect and answered our many questions. They were able to schedule our install in less than 1 wk - outstanding!! The day of installation went very well. Skylar and Justice were our technicians. The were very meticulous with their work. They were very willing to answer all the questions and willing to explain what they were doing. They were very respectful of our property. They left the place so clean. Definitely a 5 star experience all around!! Thanks West Shore!!
