The longer I use it, the more I love it. I had my old walk-in shower replaced. The new one is somehow roomier, and I love the materials and that the walls reach the ceiling. An acquaintance had her shower replaced recently and is terrified to use it because the pan is slick, but I haven't slipped once. The one-day install resulted in a minor problem, but West Shore's plumber came out quickly to resolve it.
Very professional, profisant, personable and kind. Explained operations clearly and cleaned up before leaving!!
Toney and Harry were amazing. Friendly, so clean and workmanship was outstanding. They wanted to walk me thru anything I may have questions on.
Great service by Caleb, Aron, Cory, John, Ryan and Andrew. Equally great service by Andrew and Trevor who installed a new bathtub.
The teams came in and were very respectful of my home and time. They did a great quick job and we couldn't be any happier!
