Austin C-417891 was prompt, knowledgeable and took care of the issues we had in a timely manner.
Alec and Austin were awesome! They were on time and worked non stop until the walk in shower was completely done. I received written and oral instructions on caring for the shower. They were both courteous, kind, efficient and knowledgeable about the product and the installation! I love my new shower and would recommend them to everyone! I couldn't be happier! Thank you! If I need anything else remodeled in the future I will definitely call West Shore and request them!!!
Beautiful windows! Easy to clean and operate. Installers Cliff, David & Brian did a great job on install and explained how to use/clean. They have pride & perfection in work detail. Would definitely order again.
Incredibly rude on the phone. Not willing to answer questions without making you feel like you are bothering them.
