I would give zero stars if I could. We had our initial consultation with West Shore on Aug 29th. We were looking for a tub/shower replacement since the grout between the tiles in our shower wall had worn away and that was leading to water dripping onto the ceiling of the finished side of our basement. We picked out our finishes, agreed on a price, got approved for financing, and signed the contract.
