Everything was great! JP and DJ was here on time and went straight to work. They cleaned up afterwards. I'm very happy with the shower and glad I went with Westshore.
William R., Robert G., Armand, Jeff B., I wrote a different review and wasn't allowed to post it. I obtained several estimates, researched reviews, chose Westshore just to have the wrong living room window installed, with sloppy exterior trim, the interior door isn't squared/level in the frame and it's exterior trim was shorted on one side. The storm door is too short, and clear silicone, which is unpaintable, was used to the point of causing bulges. We were scheduled to have eleven windows installed but only had 10 completed today. The crew leader William informed us immediately upon discovering one of the windows was 2 inches too big even though the measurements that were taken were correct. It happens. Anyway, each of the employees on the crew were professional, courteous, respectful of our property and efficient. William informed us with every step. We are SO pleased with the beautiful new shower that West Shore Home installed for us today. Bobby.and Oliver were extremely knowledgeable, professionals at their craft. It was a pleasure to have workers in our home, so respectful, polite, and eager to please. And at the end of the day, (just like the commercials advertise), we had a beautiful new shower.
