Polite and curteous. We lowered our review from 5 to 4 stars. It got dark before the West Shore team completed work. They were caulking in the dark. We were asked to provide a five start review by the lead. Seemed reasonable all considered. But the next morning we were able to see the awful caulk work and some other issues in need of attention; mainly the drilling of anchor holes in the picture windows.
