I am so very pleased and extremely satisfied with thow the work that Robert and Ray did to install my walk-in shower. They were on time and took NO breaks so the job would be finished. Kudos to these two gentlemen and your company for having people with integrity!!
I bought a house four months ago. At the time, one of the many projects was needing a new front door. I was on the West Shore Home website to request a quote. Two MONTHS later a rep called me about the quote I requested. I was surprised how long they took to contact me but no big deal, I had since realized I had a number of bigger, more important projects than a front door. I have nothing but praise for the team of West Shore Homes. Brad was the design consultant that came out initially. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He explained the process. On 10/7/24, Tyler and Tanner arrived on time, introduced themselves, explained what was going to happen and went to work. The process was shorter than expected. Nick and Ken of West Shore Home - Tampa area did an excellent job of transforming a 25 year old tile and tub into a walk in shower. The job went exactly as described. They both were courteous and professional...we are very pleased with the new bath!
My wife and I are very impressed with the work preformed by Adam Beaman in our home with the tub to walk in shower conversion. with the new shower I can finish the rest of the work . Adam was very professional and explained everything in detail as the work progressed . We give Adam 5 STAR PLUS.
