Cheaply done, tub impossible to clean with ANY product...much less Vinegar & water as was recommended. The tub nozzle is coming detached from the tub. All in all it's cheaply done, and wont last.
Updated review from 5 stars. Install was great, but shower heads do not work like they should. The rod was dented from the start, but we were told that would be replaced and someone would call Monday morning. No call came, we had to call and repair didn’t seem to know what we were talking about, it’s Wednesday now and still no one has called. The job is listed as incomplete, yet they don’t seem interested in completing it. Very poor customer service. We would have used them again for a kitchen remodel, but not now. The water... read more
West Shore Home did an outstanding job for us yesterday at our house replacing all 12 windows and both doors. Adrian, Justin, Keever, Paul, Genesis, Diego, Austin, and Jamel were superb in their work in a 12 hour day, personable, efficient, professional, thorough. We even learned one of the fellows has a new baby boy on the way Brian sold us the window/ door package and was very patient in presenting all of the benefits that come with our new windows and doors replacing each item that leaked or was compromised in some way w... read more
Keever & genesis was very professional and knowledgeable. They installed my front door and strom door. Very nice guys. If I had to complain about anything it would be that it should not have taken 2 visits to complete the job, and they didn't have all materials needed, the door landing is a different color, and westshore didn't call me when my door came in I call them, then we made the appointment to install front door next day.
