Purchased a front door from them a year ago I have to say the install team did a good job. But honestly I was led to believe the door was higher quality than what it was. It's been a year and even after calling to say I have to pull the door shut harder than necessary to close it fully I can't get anyone on the phone and now the lock set I purchased through West shore homes and that they installed seemingly needed a new battery. 30k paid and more damage done after the instal. Highly don’t recommend their services. 3 call backs and it’s still not fully fixed. Highly suggest to look into other companies
