The first time I used West Shore was an absolute success. My install team, Michael J. & Antwan J., were fantastic — courteous, hard-working, well-mannered, and they cleaned up every bit of debris (which is rare around here since most contractors just leave the mess). They did excellent work and left a great impression. Unfortunately, that’s where the good ends. The sales side of this company is absolutely awful.
