I have had an issue and seen 2 other ENT's in the past with results. I moved almost 2 years ago and in needing to see one my new dr made me go in before I could get a referral. I was very clear what I wanted to be seen for. Then west shore calls and asks which location, of course I pick the closest one. And I scheduled it during the schools spring break ( I work at the school). I arrive only to find out this location doesn't do the procedure. Terrible bedside manner. Initial consult for my 10 year old son for tonsilitis. Maybe was in the room 3 minutes tops and he never once addressed my son other than looking at his tonsils and immediately started talking about the dangers of the surgery...we didnt know he needed to have. He talked so fast I wasnt sure what had just happened and he did ask if I had any questions...but I was so dumbfounded with how fast he was talking and felt like we were rushed out the door that I said no. My son immediately started crying beca... read more
