My daughter has lived with her roommates in a property managed by West Shore for the past few years. The location is ideal without the crazy rental prices in the adjacent properties. Although the building is a bit dated, management is pretty good at addressing concerns promptly. Karla has been readily accessible whenever my daughter has had issues with the apartment.
