I heard great things about them & had a good experience w/my former cat. Dr. McLean was honest & caring and I walked out from having him put down with over $300. bill that I came back & paid in full, a week later . I now have a new kitten and continue to have rudeness from the staff. Becky is the only staff member that has any empathy & compassion for the owner or pet. The rest of the front staff need some customer appreciation training!
I absolutely love this office!! Dr McLean and the girls are wonderful. We moved from Ohio in October and hoped to find a vet office that was similar to our vet office in Ohio. The staff exceeded our hopes and made us feel like family with our 4 fur babies.
I just want to say thank you so much with our heart breaking decision about our lovely Kane. We loved him so much. I recieved the card in the mail today from your staff and it was the sweetest thing ever. It broke my heart all over again. Thank yall for this small but larger than ever momento we will have this forever.
