Horrible customer service. If you go in the evening there is NO manager there EVER. I had a janitor cleaning up the mess in the bathroom toilet over flow then with the same water mop the floor in the locker room area! I asked the person that's not the same water you were using in the rest room? He replyed yes it is why. I said haven't you herd of cross contamination? He looked dumbfounded. And there is a member brings her own water test kit Because the water is off all the time.
