Very kind, professional and competent care.
What a great place! They were open when I needed them. They are incredibly sympathetic and professional. They did a fabulous job sewing up my thumb and I was in and out in about an hour! I really can’t say enough good things about this wonderful place!
My son needed a sports physical urgently as we had to meet a deadline for submission for playing soccer at this HS. Upon entering the office, the front desk personnel were very welcoming. I didn't have the athletic forms I needed for the doctor to fill out and I thought I had to come back at another time. But Colleen offered to help and we were able to get my son's physical done. Wonderful!!!! An amazing experience all around. Cut my leg open with a power saw and after being turned away from a different clinic with a 4hr wait time who tried to wrangle me into their money making scheme, then trying other urgent care clinics with automated voice machines I called West Seattle Convenient Care. My call was answered on the first ring, they were so kind and accommodating, everyone seemed genuinely concerned with my well being and the the doctor was cracking jokes and very helpful. I called when they were about to close and asked if they can still me since I had a bad ear ache. They waited for me and all the staff was super sweet. From the front desk receptionist to the nurse and provider. Provider was very concerned and gave me the medication that was needed and asked me to come back Incase I didn’t feel better. Will come here again for urgent care. Recommend this place to everyone.
