I moved here 9 months ago and began using this vet when my pet had a minor skin infection. The first visit was great and we liked Dr. Saks and Dr. Lee. However, every time I've contacted them since has been an absolute nightmare. The front staff is absolutely useless. I have had to call back numerous times to get medicine refilled because the order didn't get put in or they did it incorrectly. RecommendedWSAH is a great practice. Kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate vets and staff. I picked up my dog from dental surgery yesterday and not only was the cost under the price quote, she didn't want to leave! My favorite part is when the vets get down on her level and pay attention to her stress signals in order to reduce the anxiety around the trip. Being a vet is an unimaginably difficult and draining profession, and I'm always impressed by those who undertake it. Thank your vet (and vet staff) today!
Last weekend we had to put down one of our fur babies. Her vet retired recently so we did not have a current Vet. The WSAH got us in the same day and you're able to fill out the paperwork on line so at her appointment we were able to bring her back as soon as we got there to start the process. They were amazing to our fur baby Samantha. Yesterday I came home to a sympathy card from the office with a personal message and signed by all the staff members.
