If you are looking for a HIGH quality salon, West is for you. Kara is most certainly an expert, on top of the fact that she is so compassionate and kind. She was able to squeeze me in to fix a bad cut, and she totally transformed my hair into exactly what I was hoping for with little explanation. Quality hair is an art form and they truly care about their craft here. THANK YOU KARA!

Cynthia is the best! She is sweet & friendly making her so easy to talk to. Whats even more, is she is also so fast with both the cut and color. I told her what I had in mind (a little more blonde, but with a lived in look…think balayage meets foil) and she did it better than I could imagine. I think she has a great eye for what will look good with a persons face and personality. I will certainly be back! 🥰🥰🥰

I recently had my hair done by Cynthia. I came in and requested to have a full foil and she was wonderful. She gave advice and make recommendations but still do what I requested. She provided a full service of full foil, toner, cut and style. She made me feel amazing! She always asked if I’d like water or anything to drink or if I needed to go to the bathroom. I highly recommend Cynthia if you’re looking for someone new!

I bought my grandma some salon time, she had a most wonderful time and enjoyed the the atmosphere and the stylist. We've been wanting to do this for her for a long time but there's usually no parking due to a gray Mazda or a tow truck. For her her issues are her walking and she needs absolute front door drop off, other than that it was an amazing experience for her and I look forward to doing this for her again thank you ladies at West salon.

Bailey always gets my hair right! She is a professional in her craft. The salon is beautiful and the stylists are high quality people.
